Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Just Pure Lovely by Corban Shepherd!

 

Our processing time (the time it takes to create, package and ship out your order) is 2-3 business days.

 

Complimentary shipping for orders over $100 is included within the contiguous USA. USPS calculated rate will be used for shipping outside of contiguous USA including International, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S territories.

 

All shipping is done through USPS or UPS. Average shipping time is 3-6 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 for priority shipping, depending on your location. This only includes Monday-Friday and excludes holidays.

All orders will include a tracking number that is sent via your shipping confirmation email, which is sent when the item leaves our facility.

We are not responsible for any delays that USPS or UPS may encounter and the only information available to us is the same information displayed for you through your tracking number. Packages may incur additional delays while shipping due to holidays, weather events or additional reasons outside of our control.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your item has been returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we can only reship the item to the correct address if an additional shipping label is purchased. We do not get refunded on shipping labels purchased and sent to incorrect addresses, so an additional label has to be purchased for the item to be resent.

Return Policy

 

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

We are unable to accommodate style changes, cancellations or exchanges, as well as any name, shipping, or billing changes after an order has been placed.  We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, add discount codes, or contact shipping companies to correct shipping addresses post the checkout process.

If you have received a damaged/defective item from an order placed in our online shop, please contact us at customer.care@justpurelovely.art upon receipt with your name, order number, nature of the issue, and an attached photo(s).  We can not process a replacement for damages if the product has been written in or used.
