The larger discs comfortably carry upto 200 pages compared to the 150 pages the medium discs that come with the Abiding in Jesus Lifestyle Planner holds.  
 
Purchase it along side the Just Pure Lovely Lifestyle Planner and you will end up with an archival or extra notebook since both products come with a front and back cover and discs.  
 
For reference:
Large Discs - 1 1/2" diameter - comfortably holds up to 180 sheets
Medium Discs - 1" diameter - comfortably holds up to 130 sheets
Small Discs - 1/2" diameter - comfortably holds up to 60 sheets
 
Disc are just as sturdy as ordinary 3-ring binders but much easier to use.  No pinching your fingers, just lift the page off to remove, or press the notches of the paper around the discs to insert the page in.  
 
Plastic covers are durable with a matt finish.
